About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the factory's Industrial and Commercial Plan (PIC)
- Serve as the logistics interface between the plant and its customers
- Ensure correct execution of Production and Sales programs
- Maintain customer service levels and control finished goods inventory
- Manage a team of around ten Customer Logistics Officers (CLC)
- Organize activities, lead the team and support skills development
- Oversee subcontracting and inter-company activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Significant experience of at least 5 years in industrial logistics
- Proficient in flow management tools and methods such as PIC, PDP or pull systems
- Good knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Comfortable with IT tools and Microsoft Office
- Good command of English (C1)
- Rigour, organization and responsiveness
- Strong analytical skills as well as interpersonal and managerial qualities
