Manage all aspects of projects for cross-functional teams, including major implementation initiatives, programs, and projects
Drive and coordinate multiple cross-functional work streams to deliver results, improve business processes, and achieve strategic objectives
Facilitate coordination of project elements (meetings, agendas, deliverables), maintain/update schedules and calendars, and provide logistical support
Establish project plans, RAID logs, reporting dashboards, and status reporting
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to ensure project goals/objectives are accomplished within time frames and funding parameters
Prepare project reports for management, clients, or regulatory agencies as required
Communicate project initiatives and tasks to team members and committees; assign duties and scope of authority
Respond to feedback and revise project tasks/timelines as necessary; alter plans and recommend future project phases based on lessons learned
Provide guidance and development support to team members; advocate for development opportunities with management
Remain informed of changing applicable regulations and alter project plans accordingly
Travel to company subsidiaries as required; perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or Management Information Systems
At least 4 years in management consulting, corporate development, or program/project management
Excellent project management skills along with effective planning and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and experience working with both internal as well as external customers and clients
Experience delivering measurable results on multiple large business projects/programs simultaneously
Track record of managing dispersed teams with complex project plans
Strong communication skills including influencing, and negotiation skills
Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with key stakeholders
Ability to work well in a cross-functional matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem-solving
Proficient skills using project management software, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
Mandatory vaccination policy (must be fully vaccinated or obtain exemption prior to start date)
Travel to company subsidiaries is required
Preferred: Strong Smartsheet skills; Use of Bluebeam or similar CAD product; Prior experience in facility design and construction; Experience in the behavioral health/healthcare industry
