About the role
- Interface with the government contracting officer representative (COR) and the Enlighten management team.
- Assist in customer meetings, trade shows, conferences with public speaking on company capabilities.
- Assist in program execution, meeting or exceeding delivery objectives and milestones, and outstanding cost performance.
- Formulate and enforce work standards, develop and execute project schedules, review work discrepancies, supervise personnel and communicate policies, procedures, and goals to team members.
- Work with technical leads to help oversee personnel and technical management of tasks; ensure corporate resources are available to perform required tasks.
- Provide management oversight of all program personnel, both Enlighten and subcontractors, ensuring quality of task completion and deliverables per contract.
- Assist in day-to-day management and develop long-term strategic objectives to satisfy end user requirements in future contract years.
- Perform horizontal integration planning and interface frequently with subcontracts, project control, and personnel security.
- Ensure program deliverables and schedules are implemented timely; provide supervision, training, and direction to staff; serve as single point of contact for customer issues.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Security Clearance: A current Secret level government security clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Can consider candidates with a current TS+ level clearance.
- 3 years experience supporting programs of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government and a B.S. degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related discipline.
- 2 years relevant experience with Masters in related field.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant experience (alternative to degree).
- Direct experience in supporting/managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts including Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
- Superb communication skills and strong public speaking skills.
- Prior experience working in the PMO.
- Responsible for schedule, program financials, employee resource allocation, milestones, customer interaction, etc.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
- Ability to travel from time to time.
- Preferred: Prior experience with the U.S. Army, managing technical contracts, experience on an Intelligence program, experience with the Big Data Platform (BDP).
