About the role
- Be a strategic partner to our Sales team
- Help customers envision how Conga’s solutions can transform their business
- Lead technical discovery, craft compelling demonstrations, and guide prospects through complex evaluations
- Mentor junior SEs, contribute to product feedback loops, and help shape the future of Conga’s go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Deep understanding of SaaS solutions, enterprise applications (Salesforce, Dynamics, CPQ, CLM), and APIs
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDICC, Challenger Sale, or similar
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
- A passion for helping customers succeed and a drive to continuously learn and improve
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and team events
