Be responsible for accurate forecasting and pipeline analytics as well as reporting and analysis of sales results (including system dashboards)
Work with AVP of Sales, RSDs and Finance to refine go-to-market models and sales methodology and proactively solve pain points
Identify issues and solutions to improve sales force efficiency and support sales planning (weekly, quarterly, annual)
Lead efforts to standardize processes and systems (e.g. Salesforce.com) for accurate and efficient data collection and sales management
Partner with Sales leaders to facilitate global sales territory planning and create/allocate territories
Own communication to the field and maintain calendar of communications from global to sub-region standpoint and drive sales process adoption
Collaborate across business units and Sales Operations team to share knowledge, best practices and facilitate standardization across the sales organization

Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment
