Join Confluence Technologies as our Account Manager and become the driving force behind our client relationships in Canada! You’ll own a territory covering both large and mid-tier financial clients, with the autonomy to shape your approach and make a real impact. As the sole account manager for the region, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic, supportive team, and work closely with senior decision-makers at leading institutions.
You’ll be based in either our Montreal or Toronto office (with flexibility to travel to client sites, including Ottawa), and will have the opportunity to build relationships through in-person visits, web meetings, and industry events. This is a commercially focused role with clear growth potential—renewals, upselling, and strategic account management are all part of your toolkit.

📚 Knowledge & Expertise Required
Essential Requirements
Experience: Minimum 10 years in account management, with a focus on analytics and software/data sales within the investment management industry.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce.com and the full Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Sales Methodology: Understanding of Miller Heiman or similar sales management approaches.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
Location: Based in Montreal, or Toronto office, with flexibility to travel as needed.
Desirable Requirements
Industry Relationships: Existing network within asset management, wealth management, or related financial sectors.
Growth Mindset: Experience managing both large and mid-tier accounts, with a track record of identifying upsell opportunities.
