About the role

  • As an Enterprise Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for driving new client acquisition across our suite of analytics and regulatory solutions. You’ll have full ownership of the region, working with asset managers, private banks, asset owners and fund administrators, for France and French-speaking Switzerland.
  • This is a strategic, high-impact hunter-type role reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Business Development across Continental Europe. You will act as the CEO of your territory, with the autonomy to shape our presence in the region and influence our go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new logo / new business sales across France and French-speaking Switzerland.
  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline using your existing network as well as standard prospecting tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Deliver compelling business cases and ROI-driven presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulatory developments to inform client conversations.
  • Represent Confluence at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, selling analytics or regulatory solutions to financial institutions
  • Proven track-record in new logo acquisition and high-velocity sales environments.
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong understanding of the investment management analytics and regulatory ecosystem.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and Miller Heiman or similar sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
