About the role

  • Role focusing on Cash Management Services and Financial Suspense Functions (FSS) supporting daily, monthly, and quarterly financial operations
  • Perform daily and monthly payment operations and obtain, monitor, and analyze daily/monthly cash balances and cash flows
  • Ensure accurate recording and posting of journal entries related to cash transactions for all entities, journalize intercompany transfers, and analyze new financial data
  • Monitor and reconcile account balances on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Ensure all bank BAI transmission files are received daily and exported to subledgers
  • Monitor and manage the FSS mailbox daily and run NSF reports, provide copies to FOSS team and updates on unresolved NSF cases
  • Manage FSS file tabs including month-end and quarter-end reconciliations, balancing and correcting journals, supporting quarterly audits, and copying journals/documentation to shared drives for other Financial Services departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Cash Management, Banking Operations, or Financial Accounting (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Hands-on experience with banking transmission files (BAI) and subledger postings
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial systems/tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders across finance and operations
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test (THC included); background check may include employment and education verification
  • Must pass an internet speed test (download ≥25 Mbps, upload ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms)
  • Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
