Requirements
As a Partner Success Manager, you are responsible for maintaining the account relationship post-launch for clients across all verticals.
This position is a part of the Partner Success Team and works with multiple departments within the company.
Partner Success Managers know the platform thoroughly and assist our clients with day-to-day needs.
In addition to strategically supporting clients, this role involves identifying opportunities for new product sales to existing clients to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals and maintaining the renewal process for client retention.
