• Maintain 100%+ NRR with accounts by ensuring retention of all existing revenue while driving account growth through expansion, advocacy, and product adoption.
• Proactively manage relationships, ensuring partners achieve measurable outcomes and long-term value from our solutions.
• Shape outcomes, not just react, by anticipating risks, designing action plans, and guiding partners toward success milestones.
• Ensure clear communication of the impact our platform delivers.
• Conduct strategic online presentations and product conversations.
• Log all activity (outreach, opportunities, revenue, and next steps) in Vitally and keep all systems accurate and up to date.
• Discover and surface new product opportunities by listening to partner needs, analyzing trends, and sharing actionable insights with internal teams.
• Address pain points with clarity and purpose.
