About the role
- Oversee management of complex client accounts and develop processes to ensure favorable client relationships
- Manage client’s customers end-to-end: renew, expand, and convert service relationships
- Call upon existing client customers to assess areas of opportunity and renew service contracts
- Ensure client customers are satisfied with services and resolve escalated issues
- Achieve revenue-based quotas and support processes to meet operational needs and growth goals
- Evaluate client customer needs and propose potential solutions
- Act as single contact for client customers
- Use data to fix customer concerns/roadblocks and influence buying/renewal processes
- Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections
- Work with multiple partners and build relationships with decision-makers at all levels
- Manage sales territory and achieve monthly quotas
- Negotiate in tough situations and identify risks, barriers, and contingency plans
- Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales
Requirements
- Language Requirements: English
- Based in Ireland, Dublin -Santry (location requirement)
- Experience managing complex client accounts and sales territory
- Ability to achieve revenue-based monthly quotas
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to use data to influence buying/renewal processes and resolve customer issues
- Experience building relationships with decision-makers and working with multiple partners
- Ability to manage escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
