Responsible for project planning & administration related to Networks and maintain consistency and quality in partner collaborations
Coordinate all requests for Professional Networks services and collaborate closely with sales and implementation teams and external partners
Support junior team members by coaching them on the job and providing support where needed
Part of Acquisition Centre of Excellence within Networks Sourcing department to build global networks of professionals and suppliers
Project delivery support: involve resources, handle structural project allocations and high complexity requests, search partners, check availability & budget, communicate timings, follow-up budget approvals, offer direct and indirect supportive services to Project Services and Client Services Teams
Pre-sales advice: act as business partner in pre-sales, develop custom solutions, handle pricing and feasibility, manage partner onboarding and legal documentation, assign trainings, use rate cards, request bespoke proposals, maintain knowledge bank
Network management: develop and maintain supplier relations, source contacts, track partner performance, organize feedback calls, request feedback from internal clients, contract new partners, educate networks, improve bonding & usage, ensure billability for internal resources
Business support: provide induction and training for new acquisitions, support change adjustments, organize roll-out of network usage, identify needs for new networks, create standardized sales materials, proactively search for partners in in-demand markets
Finance: own reporting for assigned network, ensure PO process is followed, propose cost-control solutions, work with Finance to develop reporting resources, identify opportunities to negotiate better rates
Technical and market research knowledge: maintain knowledge of tools, transfer technical knowledge, understand market research concepts and marketing solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Marketing, Languages, Mathematics or similar)
More than 6 years’ experience
Knowledge of all tools used for performing the key responsibilities and building best practices
Ability to transfer technical knowledge in an easy and comprehensive manner
Ability to challenge experts and discuss domain-relevant aspects
Good understanding of basic market research concepts and strategic value of market research
Up to date with common research and activation solutions
Experience coordinating projects, planning, briefing internal and external resources
Experience in vendor/supplier/network management, partner onboarding, contracting and supplier relations
Experience providing pre-sales advice, pricing feasibility and using negotiated rate cards
Experience managing partner recruitment funnel, legal documents and trainings
Experience with finance processes: reporting, PO process, cost control and negotiating rates
Experience coaching and supporting junior team members
Experience sourcing partners via LinkedIn and market research associations
Knowledge of data privacy and ability to educate networks on it
