About the role
- Own and scale Comulate’s technical recruiting efforts, from sourcing to offers
- Design, manage, and execute the end-to-end hiring process as a full-cycle recruiter
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, prioritize roles, and build job requirements
- Drive initial screenings and filter candidates on behalf of hiring managers
- Create a positive and memorable candidate experience to keep talent engaged
- Build long-term, repeatable processes to scale outbound recruiting efforts
- Improve and iterate on recruiting processes and elevate company story via careers page and channels
- Shape how Comulate builds its engineering team and help define company culture
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting roles (startup experience a bonus)
- Experience recruiting Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and other technical roles
- Proven ability to engage and close passive candidates with creative sourcing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience establishing recruiting metrics and KPIs
- Self-motivated with strategic and proactive mindset
- Willingness to "roll your sleeves up" and execute plans
- Alignment with in-office culture and ability to work 5 days/week in San Francisco
- U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship status required on application
