Technical Recruiter

• Own and scale Comulate’s technical recruiting efforts, from sourcing to offers
• Design, manage, and execute the end-to-end hiring process as a full-cycle recruiter
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, prioritize roles, and build job requirements
• Drive initial screenings and filter candidates on behalf of hiring managers
• Create a positive and memorable candidate experience to keep talent engaged
• Build long-term, repeatable processes to scale outbound recruiting efforts
• Improve and iterate on recruiting processes and elevate company story via careers page and channels
• Shape how Comulate builds its engineering team and help define company culture
