About the role
- Build high-performing teams by hiring exceptional talent across Engineering, Data & Product
- Drive sourcing capability and capacity to proactively build candidate pools using all available talent channels
- Influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and set sourcing strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within Greenhouse to enable reporting and data integrity
- Work cross-functionally with Hiring Managers, Interviewers, and leaders; report to Director of Technical Recruiting
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordination
- Experience hiring talent in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a startup or digital health company
- Exceptional people skills and consultative approach to recruiting to foster deep relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Passion for diversity and inclusion recruiting and a desire to be a part of our mission to change the future of the U.S. healthcare system
- Experience partnering with Hiring Managers, Interviewers, and leaders to set sourcing strategies
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation within Greenhouse (applicant tracking system)
