Responsible for day-to-day delivery of high-quality operational service meeting service level expectations.
Work closely with Team Lead to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met.
Evaluate customer data elements and develop a basic understanding of multiple processes within the line of business.
Research, compile, and deliver work unit and individual volume, productivity, quality, and other statistics.
Receive detailed instruction from Team Lead and perform day-to-day operational activities with minimal errors and within process-specific TATs and SLAs.
Coordinate, monitor, and execute daily production of reports used in the work unit.
Work with team leads to address work exception questions and coordinate with technical group to resolve simple problems.
Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.
Revise and implement policies, procedures, and training materials to assure compliance with government regulations and to maximize efficiency and customer service.
Complete compliance trainings on time.
Requirements
B. Com degree or equivalent
Entry level to 1-year related experience in multinational business environments in India.
Good communication skills in English for clear verbal and written communications to staff, peers, senior leadership, and onshore partners.
Attention to detail in assigned work
Ability to respond to and resolve simple to moderately complex problems by identifying and selecting solutions based on acquired domain experience and guided by clear policy and procedure.
Flexible towards shift requirement and willingness to learn multiple tasks.
Required to complete compliance trainings on time without impact to performance.
