About the role
- Develop internal tools to support the team and improve work quality.
- Collaborates well with other departments on cross-functional projects.
- Enjoys sharing knowledge with others and pro-actively coaching team members.
- Supports Management with the improvement of reporting on commercial activities.
- All administration around sales data, customer account contacts, opportunities, billing accounts and orders.
- Set-up and implement quote processes and reporting to track data within the sales organization.
- Ensures sales pipeline data is correctly captured together with the Sales team.
- Monitors customer retention and helps to improve this.
- Work with various sales tools, such as SalesForce and Expereo’s backoffice systems.
- Ensure that every quote has the highest quality and meets the customer requirements.
- Works together with the Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams to ensure the customer satisfaction data is correctly captured and processed.
- Takes full ownership of tracking the end-to-end quote process and conversion rates.
- Provides, receives and processes complex information and has the ability to present this to relevant stakeholders, within a formal setting.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level in Business, Technology or Marketing
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ sales operations experience within a B2B and / or strategic customer segment
- A minimum of 3-5 years of people management with a record on success stories
- Has worked within an international environment
- A strong understanding of the customer journey
- Previous experience, strongly underpinned by an understanding of business processes and products
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to manage, collaborate and critically prioritize, ensuring the utmost efficiency between teams
- Fluency in the English language
- Familiar with databases and sales software
- Experience with Microsoft Office
