About the role

  • Identify, screen, and interview candidates for legal support roles (paralegals, legal assistants, case managers).
  • Coordinate onboarding and initial training in collaboration with clients.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Serve as point of contact for contractors and client accounts.
  • Track attendance, responsiveness, and job performance.
  • Assist in scaling talent pipelines for high-volume hiring needs.
  • Provide feedback and resolve minor performance issues before escalation.
  • Conduct interviews, write evaluations, and speak with U.S. clients and contractors daily.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment or talent coordination, ideally in a BPO, legal staffing, or outsourcing environment.
  • Experience managing or supervising remote contractors or teams, including performance follow-up and accountability.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. personal injury law firms and the roles they hire for (preferred).
  • Bilingual fluency — must have strong English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working on Pacific Time hours.
  • All candidates are required to complete an English and critical thinking assessment.
