About the role
- Identify, screen, and interview candidates for legal support roles (paralegals, legal assistants, case managers).
- Coordinate onboarding and initial training in collaboration with clients.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality standards are met.
- Serve as point of contact for contractors and client accounts.
- Track attendance, responsiveness, and job performance.
- Assist in scaling talent pipelines for high-volume hiring needs.
- Provide feedback and resolve minor performance issues before escalation.
- Conduct interviews, write evaluations, and speak with U.S. clients and contractors daily.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment or talent coordination, ideally in a BPO, legal staffing, or outsourcing environment.
- Experience managing or supervising remote contractors or teams, including performance follow-up and accountability.
- Strong understanding of U.S. personal injury law firms and the roles they hire for (preferred).
- Bilingual fluency — must have strong English proficiency.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working on Pacific Time hours.
- All candidates are required to complete an English and critical thinking assessment.
