About the role
- Direct the running of approximately ten (10) facilities and create a safe and efficient work environment
- Direct facilities functions and implement policies and safety procedures
- Engage with vendors and contractors and minimize hazards
- Prepare facilities budgets and monitor expenditure; budgeting and cost estimates
- Coordinate expansion and site improvement initiatives and forecast space needs
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws and regulations and coordinate relocations
- Regular cadence of 1:1s with direct reports and meetings with 3rd party operators and vendors
- Ensure progress of employee Individual Development Programs (IDPs)
- Coordinate with fellow Regional Managers and Site Leads to standardize processes across sites
- Assist in project management of site deployments, expansions, and refurbishments
- Identify areas of needed improvement within the operations department and provide site support as necessary
- Oversee site leads, training staff, and implement and monitor all safety initiatives for compliance
- Work alongside the Director of Operations on site-by-site P&Ls

- Willingness to travel up to 25%
