Product Manager

• Own and evolve key areas of the member digital experience, improving retirement planning and forecasting tools, contribution set up and investment selection, and product-led growth initiatives
• Develop deep empathy for Canadians saving for retirement through continuous discovery and regular interactions with clients and client facing teams
• Build client confidence in their retirement plan and in Common Wealth through guided, empathetic, straightforward and trustworthy experiences
• Define clear problems, outcomes, and success metrics across the full retirement journey—from a member’s first contribution to their last retirement paycheque
• Partner closely with engineering and design to test, ship, and iterate on high-quality solutions
• Collaborate cross functionally with financial planning, client service, sales, and external partners (e.g. group retirement advisors, investment managers, and annuity providers)
• Identify thoughtful applications of AI
• Contribute to a strong product culture focused on learning, efficiency, quality, and client impact

Backend Engineer

• Write, maintain and deliver code that meets business objectives
• Build robust back-end systems and collaborate with frontend teams
• Apply testing frameworks for product quality
• Embrace a DevOps philosophy in cloud-based infrastructure
• Work within a cross-functional team to deliver projects
• Provide technical guidance through code reviews and mentorship

Senior Back End, Full Stack Engineer

Growth Marketing

• Close a subset of deals generated through our advisor network, particularly those supported by existing Account Executives
• Support Account Executives with deal preparation, follow-ups, and pipeline progression
• Participate in sales calls, demos, and deal reviews to build hands-on sales experience
• Own and maintain core sales assets, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and templates
• Identify gaps in sales enablement materials and work cross-functionally to improve them
• Partner with Sales leadership to analyze wins, losses, and pipeline trends
• Help improve how we use HubSpot through reporting, benchmarking, and sales analytics
• Use data to surface insights that improve deal quality, efficiency, and advisor experience
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Client Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to support aligned go-to-market execution

• Own the post-sale client experience from deal close through long-term partnership
• Partner with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff and onboarding
• Build trusted relationships with employer and advisor stakeholders
• Lead employer onboarding, including kickoff meetings and onboarding check-ins
• Deliver employee education sessions and support adoption of the platform
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their advisors
• Manage an ongoing portfolio of clients focused on adoption, satisfaction, and retention
• Proactively identify risks, surface opportunities, and resolve issues
• Partner cross-functionally to improve client outcomes and reduce churn

Client Success Manager

Revenue Operations

• Own and optimize our CRM (HubSpot), including configuration, data quality, automation, and reporting
• Drive adoption and best practices across Marketing, Sales, and Client Success
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools across the revenue tech stack
• Identify and deploy opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency
• Ensure clean integrations and reliable data flow across systems
• Act as the operational bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Client Success
• Design and maintain scalable, end-to-end revenue processes (leads, handoffs, pipeline, forecasting, lifecycle)
