About the role
- Own and optimize our CRM (HubSpot), including configuration, data quality, automation, and reporting
- Drive adoption and best practices across Marketing, Sales, and Client Success
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools across the revenue tech stack
- Identify and deploy opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency
- Ensure clean integrations and reliable data flow across systems
- Act as the operational bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Client Success
- Design and maintain scalable, end-to-end revenue processes (leads, handoffs, pipeline, forecasting, lifecycle)
- Align teams on shared processes, definitions, and success metrics
- Support onboarding and enablement on systems, tools, and workflows
- Partner with Engineering to maintain reliable data syncs between the Common Wealth platform and HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and system integrity
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into pipeline, performance, and growth
- Establish data governance standards and ensure consistency across teams
- Support forecasting and decision-making with accurate, actionable insights
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational improvements
- Streamline workflows to reduce manual effort and increase productivity
- Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives that support growth
- Serve as a thought partner to the Head of Marketing and revenue leaders
- Help shape revenue operations strategy, tooling decisions, and future-state capabilities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related operational role
- Handson experience owning and optimizing a CRM, ideally HubSpot
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Comfortable working across functions and influencing without formal authority
- Process oriented, detail driven, and motivated to build systems that scale
- Curious and excited about using technology, including AI, to improve how teams work
- Comfortable in a fast growing, evolving environment where priorities can shift
