• Model Ownership & Forecasting: Maintain, update, and continuously improve the company’s core forecasting and budgeting models, taking full ownership of our headcount trackers and payroll reconciliation tools to spot trends or variances early.
• Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles by running the numbers, investigating monthly variances, and providing clear commercial commentary on the drivers behind shifting software licensing, contractor, and recruitment costs.
• Data & BI Dashboards: Own and update weekly/monthly financial dashboards, ensuring key stakeholders have real-time, highly accurate visibility into key performance metrics and overhead trends.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis & ROI Deep-Dives: Conduct deep-dive commercial analysis into operational costs, tracking the ROI on tech spend and calculating headcount efficiency to directly support strategic decision-making.

• Global Partner Programme Launch: Design, build, and execute the comprehensive GTM and marketing framework for our new global partner ecosystem, driving adoption among ISVs, system integrators, and channel partners.
• ISVs and Integrations GTM Strategy: Lead the full lifecycle marketing for third-party integrations, from initial strategy creation, proposition development and positioning, through to supporting co-marketing campaigns and sustained partner-led growth.
• Ecosystem Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling messaging that highlights the unique value of our integrations. Translate complex API architectures into tangible business benefits for both partners and end-users.
• Cross-Functional & External Leadership: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, while acting as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.
• Partner Enablement: Create high-impact enablement collateral, technical playbooks, case studies, and training materials to help internal sales teams and external partners sell more effectively.

• Manage external counsel spend and relationships across different global territories (EMEA, APAC, and AMER).
• Oversee the drafting and negotiation of complex international MSAs, SLAs, and partnership agreements with global carriers and enterprise clients.
• Advise on intellectual property (IP) protection and licensing strategies for our proprietary software and API suites.
• Streamline the sales-legal lifecycle through the implementation of automated contract management tools.
• Navigate global telecommunications regulations (e.g., Ofcom in the UK, FCC in the US, and equivalent bodies globally) regarding messaging, voice, and numbering resources.
• Ensure the business remains compliant with evolving "Know Your Customer" (KYC) and "Know Your Content" requirements to prevent platform fraud and phishing.
• Serve as (or oversee) the Data Protection Officer (DPO), ensuring strict adherence to UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and other global privacy frameworks (CCPA/CPRA, etc.).
• Work closely with the CTO to ensure "Privacy by Design" in product development and maintain robust data processing agreements (DPAs).
• Develop and enforce global compliance policies, including Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and modern slavery statements.
• Manage any litigation, disputes, or regulatory inquiries, ensuring minimal brand and financial exposure.
