• Handling web leads, inbound calls, enquiries and generating additional revenue via phone and email.
• Generating targeted prospecting lists using Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Amplemarket.
• Proactive, outbound, email, LinkedIn and phone-based contact to prospective customers.
• Upselling to recently won, new customers to find additional opportunities.
• Value-based selling by understanding the true value of our products and solutions for our customers.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators such as the number of new customers won, the number of lead conversions and Expected Annual Revenue from New Customers won.
• Qualifying and understanding all opportunities effectively.
• Working through the entire selling process, including qualification, questioning, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Ensuring the customer journey is as smooth as possible, from trialling our services to buying them.
• Maintaining up-to-date records on the company’s CRM system (Salesforce).

Telesales Executive

Account Manager

• Proactive, outbound, phone-based contact to existing Esendex customers and upsell/cross-sell our messaging solutions.
• Making the use of prospecting tools such as Lusha, Amplemarket and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to identify prospect contacts within existing customers, who are not already familiar with the services Esendex offers.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators such as the number of daily customer contacts, the number of converted customer conversations and the number of closed sales.
• Exceeding productivity measures such as time spent talking to customers per day, revenue achieved per day, etc.
• Qualifying and understanding all opportunities effectively using the MEDDPICC framework.
• Upselling to recently won new customers to find additional opportunities.
• Value-based selling by understanding the true value of our products and solutions.
• Maintaining up-to-date records on the company’s CRM system (SalesForce.com).

• Consultative Growth: Transition from merely selling to becoming a trusted advisor, uncovering how our Azure-powered solutions can address intricate communication challenges for prominent brands.
• Strategic Upselling: Take the initiative with our existing portfolio to unveil new products that enhance the customer experience.
• Platform Advocacy: Represent Esendex Connect, showcasing how our new speed and scalability can revolutionize a client's ROI.
• Relationship Excellence: Guide the customer purchasing journey within large organizations, managing complex negotiations and sealing high-value deals.
• Collaborative Success: Collaborate closely with our technical and product teams to relay client needs, ensuring our roadmap remains at the forefront of the market.

Strategic Account Manager

• Driving the organic year-on-year revenue & profit growth of high-value customers within Commify.
• Consistently developing new upsell and cross-sell opportunities with the named customers. This will be for both core SMS products as well as key messaging solutions delivered by our Professional Services team.
• Complete and take part in account reviews and opportunity reviews to ensure that the established sales process is being followed and plans are being executed upon.
• Regularly meet with customers face-to-face to engage, build relationships and networks within the customers (number of meetings attended will be a key performance measure).
• Engaging with key stakeholders across the business, many of whom may be based in the UK or Europe.
• Working closely with the Marketing department to improve the effectiveness of on and offline marketing to maximise sales opportunities.
• Working closely with the Professional Services team to ensure the smooth delivery of Solutions projects.
