About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct meetings with inbound and outbound leads.
  • Manage the full-cycle sales process from discovery to close.
  • Prospect and source outbound opportunities through cold outreach and networking.
  • Track and manage sales activity in AmpleMarket and SalesForce CRM.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and build pipeline.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly MRR quotas and KPI’s.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Telecom sales (outbound preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing deals.
  • Confident communicator - both written and verbal.
  • Competitive self-starter who owns their outcomes.
  • A true team player who contributes to shared goals and thrives on feedback.
