About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct meetings with inbound and outbound leads.
- Manage the full-cycle sales process from discovery to close.
- Prospect and source outbound opportunities through cold outreach and networking.
- Track and manage sales activity in AmpleMarket and SalesForce CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and build pipeline.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly MRR quotas and KPI’s.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in B2B Telecom sales (outbound preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing deals.
- Confident communicator - both written and verbal.
- Competitive self-starter who owns their outcomes.
- A true team player who contributes to shared goals and thrives on feedback.
