Account Manager

• Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Social campaigns across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and X), ensuring alignment with performance KPIs across the marketing funnel.
• Manage end-to-end campaign processes, from briefing and creative development to execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Partner closely with Brand Managers, creative, analytics, product, and development teams to design and deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns.

Paid Social Account Manager

General Counsel

• Support in the drafting, review, and negotiation of a vast range of commercial contracts including game provider and sportsbook agreements, payment services agreements, as well as agreements related to marketing, security and information technology, privacy and data protection amongst others.
• Partner with the Legal Team to advise and assist on corporate law matters within a multi-jurisdictional environment.
• Conduct preliminary legal research into specific multi-national regulatory requirements and summarize legal and regulatory developments to support the Legal Team in preparing internal training materials and advice for stakeholders.
• Coordinate the collection of documents and assist with initial review during due diligence processes, and support the Legal Team in the documentation of risk management policies.

• Directly manage and mentor two Telesales Team Leaders, ensuring they have the tools and training necessary to excel in their roles.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the wider Telesales Agent team, ensuring adherence to best practices and company policies.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews with Team Leaders and provide final-tier coaching for Agents as needed.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new telesales talent.
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and call scripts to maximise conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
