About the role

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess progress toward strategic objectives and S.M.A.R.T. goals.
  • Develop, maintain, and administer interactive KPI dashboards in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau to track implementation performance.
  • Design and deliver visually engaging data presentations and reports that clearly tell the story of progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to identify performance metrics, data sources, and reporting requirements.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for executive and operational decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness in performance reporting.
  • Support the development of performance management frameworks and processes to track the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and refinement of strategic implementation plans through data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in building and managing performance management dashboards.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in performance measurement, KPI tracking, and S.M.A.R.T. goal reporting.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for presenting complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ability to work onsite in Washington, D.C. with clients 2–3 days per week.
