Implementation Specialist

• Providing timely technical expertise on Collibra's products to customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams.
• Mapping solutions to value across large and dynamic customers.
• Advising and supporting customers’ technical stakeholders to accelerate Collibra adoption.
• Creating and maintaining lab environments and playbooks for successful technical demonstrations.
• Collaborating with the Product team by giving early product feedback and sharing customer insights.

Senior Customer Engineer

• Work with the technology Alliance team to influence joint solutions, and to create and deliver solution messaging to Collibra go-to-market teams.
• To be the subject matter expert in the early stages of a solution release, and to help the broader team become capable of taking joint solutions to market.
• To work with regional partners and global systems integrators to ensure they are able to communicate the value of joint solutions to their customers and prospects.
• Help sales teams to validate and qualify opportunities as they arrive, in relation to specific joint Collibra-partner capabilities.
• To create and deliver compelling demos of joint solutions.
• Support marketing activities and events, webcasts and other sales activities as appropriate.

Senior Customer Engineer, North American Partners

Program Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned federal accounts, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, system integrators and partners.
• Establish long-term relationships within assigned government customers while developing an understanding of the client’s strategic goals and overall impact on business results.
• Understand customers' business objectives, technical needs, and success criteria, aligning Collibra’s services to meet their goals.
• Support renewals and expansion by demonstrating technical value and best practices.
• Understand customer mission objectives and map them to product capabilities.
• Provide guidance during onboarding, deployment, upgrades, and ongoing operations.
• Coordinate technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions.
• Assist with documentation, technical presentations, and briefings for government stakeholders.
• Coordinate product functionality and roadmap meetings between product customers and the customer.
• Coordinate Support, Services and Customer Engineering on customer projects and initiatives by providing project leadership and guidance based on customer overall objectives.
• Align services delivery with customer’s business needs by ensuring successful project execution and implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer goals.
• Drive customer alignment on goals, success criteria, and acceptance milestones.
• Identify and track key customer risk indicators (usage, sentiment, support volume, executive engagement, compliance).
• Lead the effort with Sales and the technical teams to identify customer risk, performance issues, and opportunities for optimization.
• Help customers avoid and/or mitigate issues with proactive guidance based on extensive customer experience.
• Advocate for customer needs internally, influencing product roadmap and prioritization.
• Act as point of contact for managing escalations, coordinating cross-functional resolution with Support, Product, and Engineering.
• Provide clear and constructive product feedback to Collibra’s Product Management teams based on customer use-cases and requirements.
• Be a customer advocate to ensure that escalations are resolved in a timely fashion.

• Managing complex deal cycles, from lead origination to stakeholder mapping, through negotiation to close

Senior Account Executive II, Majors

• Prospecting for net new accounts, greenfield building, and developing relationships with existing customers to maintain active deal pipeline and ideal quota coverage in your territory
• Managing and create demand for expansion on existing customers to widen the footprint of Collibra within these accounts
• Managing complex deal cycles, from lead origination to stakeholder mapping, through negotiation to close and expansion.
• Successfully collaborating with customers, partners, and peers in a consultative sales process where you will identify value and ROI to support customer’s needs

Senior Account Executive

Security Operations

• Helping to develop architectural requirements and corresponding engineering processes and technologies to support Collibra’s cloud-native platform
• Design and tune cloud-native detection rules and threat models for AWS GuardDuty, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and GCP Security Command Center
• Conduct continuous vulnerability assessments of cloud workloads, container images, and serverless functions
• Develop, continuously improve, and ensure compliance with controls built for the cloud-native platform
• Partner with engineering teams to prioritize and drive remediation of cloud security findings
• Plan, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities from various stakeholders and sometimes competing requests to achieve desired objectives
• Maintain and update CloudFlare WAF rules to work with the Collibra product.
• Evaluate and deploy cloud workload protection platforms (CWPP) and container security tooling
• Assist with technical response efforts for cloud security incidents, perform forensic analysis, and contribute to root-cause investigation
• Write production-quality code in Python, Golang/Go, or similar languages to build internal security tooling and automation
• Integrate security tooling into developer workflows to reduce friction while improving security outcomes
• After hours on-call support may occasionally be required
