Key responsibilities & impact

Providing timely technical expertise on Collibra's products to customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams.
Mapping solutions to value across large and dynamic customers.
Advising and supporting customers’ technical stakeholders to accelerate Collibra adoption.
Creating and maintaining lab environments and playbooks for successful technical demonstrations.
Collaborating with the Product team by giving early product feedback and sharing customer insights.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years in a Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical customer facing role supporting enterprise software, with 4+ years total experience in the data ecosystem.
A good understanding of two or more of the following disciplines: data governance, data catalogs, data integration, data quality and data privacy platforms.
Familiarity with modern cloud data infrastructure, including leading PaaS providers, Data Lakes, Lakehouses, Cloud Warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), and API-driven integration platforms.
Hands-on experience configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting complex enterprise software solutions.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required.
