About the role

  • Maintain technical relationship with customers throughout the entire customer journey (pre- and post-sale) supporting DACH
  • Map solutions to customer value, bridging business and technical requirements
  • Participate in discovery and drive qualification of new and expansion opportunities
  • Prepare and conduct product demonstrations showcasing Collibra’s platform
  • Advise and support customers’ technical stakeholders to accelerate adoption and value realization
  • Identify, recommend, and execute value-based workshops and proofs of concept
  • Prepare functional and technical input for RFPs/RFQs
  • Support sales and marketing activities, webcasts, field enablement, and asset creation
  • Provide product and engineering feedback to influence roadmap and enhancements
  • Drive operational excellence to ensure a smooth sales process

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a Sales, Customer Engineering, or Sales Consulting role
  • 4+ years of experience working in the Data/SaaS space
  • Good understanding of two or more of: data governance, data catalogs, data quality, data privacy platforms
  • Experience with value-based selling, cost-benefit analysis, ROI analysis, process and project management
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and/or (financial/IT) audit is a plus
  • Proven experience with PaaS providers, data lakes, databases, and integration platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship
  • High proficiency in written and spoken German and English
  • Able to travel regionally up to 30%
