About the role
- Maintain technical relationship with customers throughout the entire customer journey (pre- and post-sale) supporting DACH
- Map solutions to customer value, bridging business and technical requirements
- Participate in discovery and drive qualification of new and expansion opportunities
- Prepare and conduct product demonstrations showcasing Collibra’s platform
- Advise and support customers’ technical stakeholders to accelerate adoption and value realization
- Identify, recommend, and execute value-based workshops and proofs of concept
- Prepare functional and technical input for RFPs/RFQs
- Support sales and marketing activities, webcasts, field enablement, and asset creation
- Provide product and engineering feedback to influence roadmap and enhancements
- Drive operational excellence to ensure a smooth sales process
Requirements
- 2+ years in a Sales, Customer Engineering, or Sales Consulting role
- 4+ years of experience working in the Data/SaaS space
- Good understanding of two or more of: data governance, data catalogs, data quality, data privacy platforms
- Experience with value-based selling, cost-benefit analysis, ROI analysis, process and project management
- Experience in regulatory compliance and/or (financial/IT) audit is a plus
- Proven experience with PaaS providers, data lakes, databases, and integration platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship
- High proficiency in written and spoken German and English
- Able to travel regionally up to 30%
