About the role
- Your mission is to use methodically structured account management to deliver the value proposition to account clients.
- You take responsibility together with colleagues from Account and Sales Management and drive this forward.
- Familiarization with our internal processes and structures.
- Conducting onboarding calls, check-up calls, and media planning calls.
- Creating media plans aligned with client briefings and needs.
- Joint evaluations of booked campaigns with our new and existing clients.
Requirements
- You hold a university degree, preferably in business, marketing, or business communication.
- You have several years of experience as an Account Manager with a background in B2B marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Business-fluent German and English.
- You are sales-oriented.
- You are a project manager and, together with clients and our team, bring developed ideas to life.
- You are a relationship manager and develop a deep understanding of the various roles within our clients' organizations.
- You systematically analyze your clients to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
- Onboarding with guidance from experienced colleagues.
