About the role
- Independently manage the entire sales cycle with customers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with rehabilitation clinics
- Together with our Product team, analyze customers' specific needs and develop tailored solutions
- Occasional participation in professional events and congresses
- Data maintenance and documentation in our CRM
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales or account management — ideally in healthcare or the SaaS sector
- Confident presence and strong communication skills when interacting with diverse stakeholders
- Proven success in developing and closing complex sales cycles
- Ability to clearly explain AI-based solutions and convey their benefits
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- High self-motivation, a hands-on mentality and enjoyment of a dynamic start-up environment
- Empathetic in dealings with customers and colleagues
- Open to new things, eager to learn and tech-savvy
- Team-oriented with a willingness to take on responsibility
- Reliable in commitments and consistent in following through on promises
