Product Designer

• As a Product/UX/UI Designer, you will work directly with Figma, Linear, GitHub and the real codebase — supported by AI-powered workflows.
• You implement features yourself, conduct accessibility audits, align UI patterns, and maintain our lean design system that ensures consistency across the team's activities.
• You support the entire product life cycle — from initial discovery to final UX/UI.
• At the same time, you take ownership of your own product ideas from start to finish in close coordination with our Product Design Lead.
• Your core strength: translating requirements into clear, attractive, and easy-to-use concepts, experiences, and UIs.

Operations

• You will work closely with our founding team and the Founder's Associate on core company topics.
• You analyze challenges, develop solutions, and implement them independently.
• You will take on increasing responsibility for your own projects and gain direct insight into building a fast-growing HealthTech startup.
• Maintain and enhance our financial model, prepare monthly closings, and support cap table management and investor reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements in day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate and optimize our recruiting processes, support onboarding of new team members, and manage employee records.
• Independently lead strategic projects: market and competitive analyses, rollout of new tools, or setup of new processes.

Founder's Associate Intern – Operations & Strategy

Customer Success Manager

• Independent management of existing customer accounts
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with rehabilitation clinics
• Together with our Product team, analyze customers' specific needs and develop tailored solutions
• Occasional participation in professional events and conferences
• Product training and onboarding sessions (on-site)
• Management of integration projects in close collaboration with our Integration team
• Data maintenance and documentation in our CRM

Sales

• Proactively acquire new customers (rehabilitation clinics) through targeted outreach and network development
• Conduct structured needs analyses with relevant stakeholders (clinical, operational, IT)
• Develop tailored solution approaches together with the Product and Integration teams
• Deliver compelling product demos and presentations (remote and on-site)
• Manage and support test phases (pilot projects) with close user engagement, including feedback loops
• Prepare, negotiate, and close contracts
• Represent the company at events
• Maintain and manage your pipeline accurately in the CRM
