About the role

  • Independent management of existing customer accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with rehabilitation clinics
  • Together with our Product team, analyze customers' specific needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Occasional participation in professional events and conferences
  • Product training and onboarding sessions (on-site)
  • Management of integration projects in close collaboration with our Integration team
  • Data maintenance and documentation in our CRM

Requirements

  • Experience in the healthcare sector
  • Confident presence and strong communication skills when interacting with diverse stakeholders
  • B2B sales or account management – ideally in healthcare or a SaaS environment
  • Ability to clearly explain AI-based solutions and convey their benefits
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
  • High self-motivation, hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for a dynamic startup environment
  • Empathetic in dealings with customers and colleagues
  • Open to new ideas, eager to learn, and tech-savvy
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to take responsibility
