About the role
- Independent management of existing customer accounts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with rehabilitation clinics
- Together with our Product team, analyze customers' specific needs and develop tailored solutions
- Occasional participation in professional events and conferences
- Product training and onboarding sessions (on-site)
- Management of integration projects in close collaboration with our Integration team
- Data maintenance and documentation in our CRM
Requirements
- Experience in the healthcare sector
- Confident presence and strong communication skills when interacting with diverse stakeholders
- B2B sales or account management – ideally in healthcare or a SaaS environment
- Ability to clearly explain AI-based solutions and convey their benefits
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- High self-motivation, hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for a dynamic startup environment
- Empathetic in dealings with customers and colleagues
- Open to new ideas, eager to learn, and tech-savvy
- Team-oriented with a willingness to take responsibility
