About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Product/UX/UI Designer, you will work directly with Figma, Linear, GitHub and the real codebase — supported by AI-powered workflows.
- You implement features yourself, conduct accessibility audits, align UI patterns, and maintain our lean design system that ensures consistency across the team's activities.
- You support the entire product life cycle — from initial discovery to final UX/UI.
- At the same time, you take ownership of your own product ideas from start to finish in close coordination with our Product Design Lead.
- Your core strength: translating requirements into clear, attractive, and easy-to-use concepts, experiences, and UIs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You make pragmatic decisions balancing time, scope and quality.
- You have a strong sense for UX and visual excellence and are confident working with Figma, components, and prototypes.
- You're interested in AI-assisted workflows and understand when human judgement remains essential.
- You work reliably, learn quickly, and actively contribute your own perspectives.
- Imperfect situations motivate you to improve things.
- You speak German at a minimum of B2 level.
