About the role

  • New business acquisition: You handle qualified inbound leads from our marketing funnel, identify their needs and convert them into enthusiastic new customers through targeted outreach. No cold calling.
  • Through persuasive presentations and solution-oriented consulting, you position JOIN as the best choice for their recruiting needs.
  • Account management and expansion: You take ownership of your own client portfolio and act as the primary contact to foster long-term partnerships.
  • You identify up- and cross-selling opportunities, present appropriate solutions, and continuously grow the value of each account.
  • Strategic account development: Through targeted analyses and regular meetings, you work to deepen customers' collaboration with JOIN and ensure their success.
  • Data-driven sales: You use CRM tools like Salesforce to manage leads effectively, track opportunities, and produce accurate revenue forecasts.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and account management: You have a proven track record in acquiring new customers and in managing and expanding existing accounts—ideally in SaaS or the tech sector.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills: You are fluent in German and can communicate confidently in English.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented working style: You are structured, motivated, and act independently to convert leads quickly and successfully and achieve long-term results.
  • CRM expertise: You are familiar with tools like HubSpot and use data-driven insights to optimize your sales activities.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in the HR industry or additional language skills can give you an advantage when targeting specific customer segments.
