About the role
- Drive the development of key features for the Coinbase Business platform, managing the product lifecycle from discovery and specification to launch and iteration.
- Manage a prioritized backlog for critical product areas such as business onboarding, payments, and reporting.
- Partner with business customers to deeply understand their needs and translate feedback into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners like Risk and Compliance to execute on the product roadmap and deliver a world-class user experience.
- Build the all-in-one platform that makes it seamless for businesses to manage their crypto finances and define the future of the onchain economy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of successfully shipping features for B2B SaaS or FinTech products.
- Strategic mindset and strong product sense, with the ability to connect your team’s work to the broader product vision and business goals.
- A strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle; writing clear specs, managing a backlog, and driving execution.
- Good technical aptitude and the ability to work effectively with engineers on complex financial systems.
- Excellent communication skills; proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance).
- Nice to haves: passion for and deep understanding of crypto and the onchain ecosystem; experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments; a founder's mindset.
