About the role

  • Partner with Account Executives to support full-cycle sales efforts, from discovery through demos and technical validation
  • Help drive unit acquisition by tailoring Flex’s value proposition to the prospect’s systems and workflows (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, etc.)
  • Simplify and clearly communicate Flex’s integration model, roadmap, and implementation process for technical and non-technical buyers
  • Lead product demos, proof-of-concept conversations, and technical deep dives to influence decision-makers and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support expansion conversations by identifying white space within existing portfolios and helping craft persuasive technical stories
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Partner Success to ensure sales strategies align with roadmap and messaging
  • Serve as a voice of the customer—surfacing market feedback and product insights to internal teams
  • Represent Flex at key industry events, trade shows, and customer-facing sessions alongside the sales team

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or B2B SaaS Sales roles
  • Strong technical fluency with property management systems (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) or ability to quickly ramp
  • Experience working with or selling into the multifamily, PropTech, or FinTech space preferred
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a consultative, solutions-first approach
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to engage across levels—from on-site property teams to C-suite executives
  • Goal-oriented self-starter with strong time management and follow-through
  • Comfortable with travel to support field sales and industry events
