About the role
- Build and drive GTM strategy for institutional prime brokerage products spanning trading, financing, custody
- Be voice of customer to inform product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and collateral
- Develop and lead product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns
- Partner with sales to develop marketing collateral: presentations, one-pagers, case studies, webinars, websites
- Work cross-functionally to build pipeline and improve conversion rates
- Measure and report performance of product marketing initiatives
- Think big about bringing institutions into the cryptoeconomy
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the institutional financial services or institutional crypto product marketing space
- Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual
- Demonstrated track record of creating customer segment oriented campaigns to steer new customer acquisition, deepen engagement & retention
- Advanced quantitative and deductive skills. Ability to distinguish between the signal and the noise and make data-guided actions
- Outstanding project management skills
- Self-starter and ability to be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
