About the role

  • Lead development of GTM infrastructure, ABM, events and automation strategies to generate qualified pipeline at scale
  • Design scalable outreach workflows; architect data flows, triggers, integrations, and playbooks across the GTM stack
  • Enrich, score, and prioritise leads using AI, automation, and third-party data
  • Run GTM experiments across messaging, channels, cadences, and triggers; own key funnel metrics
  • Develop ABM strategy aligned with marketing and revenue goals; nurture buying groups at key accounts
  • Plan and execute industry events; capture feedback and automate personalized follow-ups
  • Stay on top of emerging tools and trends in growth, automation, and AI

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in GTM, revenue operations, growth, or strategic marketing roles
  • Experience managing and scaling complex GTM systems — e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, etc.
  • Proven track record leading successful ABM and event marketing programs
  • Strong analytical skills, able to turn data into insight and action
  • Engineering-style thinking, identify pipeline friction points, test fast, fix root causes
  • Effective cross-functional communicator and collaborator
  • Obsessed with improving performance, reducing friction, and driving revenue
