• Own and execute zerohash's growth marketing strategy across paid media, ABM, social, and experimental channels.
• Translate company and product priorities into focused growth programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and product adoption.
• Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and tactics to reach priority ICPs and strategic accounts.

Senior Solutions Engineer, Blockchain Ecosystems

Operations

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end processing of crypto and fiat transfers, ensuring all transactions are finalized accurately and on time.
• Perform frequent checks between internal records and external statements to identify and resolve any discrepancies or "breaks" in account balances.
• Investigate failed transfers or mismatched data by querying databases and reviewing transaction logs to find the root cause of issues.
• Use basic scripting (e.g., Python or Excel macros) to automate repetitive manual reconciliation tasks and increase operational speed.
• Generate recurring reports and dashboards to track transaction health, settlement volume, and operational performance for leadership.
• Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to test new features and provide feedback on internal settlement tools.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for institutional clients to help resolve transaction inquiries quickly and effectively.

Settlement and Trading Operations Engineer

Business Analyst

• Perform client due diligence and KYB/C screening on new customers for the various business units and associated payments
• Guide internal business units in preparing the KYB/C packages and new onboarding requests
• Review and process watch list filtering and negative news alerts that are generated as part of customer onboarding
• Actively participate and contribute to projects and other assigned tasks
• Work with different teams including business units leaders, surveillance, compliance, and technology
• Conduct research via online tools to identify applicant entity and beneficial owners

Director of Enterprise Sales, Payments

Financial Crime

• Daily adherence to and compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to the Office of Foreign Assets Control, as well as, adhering to company policies, procedures and client requirements
• Maintain an understanding of global sanctions regulations
• Lead team’s daily execution of duties related to complying with various global sanctions programs

Senior Global Sanctions Compliance Analyst

Vice President

• Oversee the firm’s day-to-day Corporate Treasury activities globally
• Lead the company’s Financial Operations (FinOps) function globally
• Manage ongoing bank relationships, and bring new bank partnerships to Zero Hash
• Lead end-to-end stablecoin issuance reserve management operations
• Oversee the firm’s global Capital & Liquidity Risk Management framework, and incorporate into the firm’s Treasury Management Policy where applicable
