• Lead all day-to-day fiduciary functions of zntb, including custody operations, settlement flows, reconciliation, reserve operations, and account administration.
• Design, implement, and maintain operational playbooks, standard operating procedures, and business continuity frameworks aligned with OCC safety and soundness expectations.
