Analyst

• Review client transactions, conduct initial analysis, and identify red-flags of suspicious activity that would warrant escalation for further investigation.
• Assist with the identification and escalation of cases related to Fraud and other illicit financial activity
• Use blockchain analytics to conduct blockchain and transaction monitoring analysis.
• Ensure appropriate action is taken on accounts that have been escalated for investigation and UTR reporting.

Transaction Monitoring Analyst

Solutions Engineer

• Become an expert on Zero Hash’s platform capabilities, APIs, and integration pathways.
• Serve as the technical lead and main technical contact for partners throughout the customer lifecycle (pre and post-sale).
• Partner with the Sales team to demonstrate to customers how Zero Hash can best address their use cases and technical requirements.
• Specifically, to design solutions, share integration best practices, and create collateral to support the sales process.
• Synthesize customer requirements into documented solution design and customization requests for internal teams.
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers to ensure a smooth implementation and successful launch for partners.
• Provide technical support to help partners resolve any issues that are impediments to adoption and usage throughout the implementation phase.
• Share customer interests, needs, and product feedback to internal Zero Hash Product teams.
• Maintain awareness of internal roadmap and new product features to evangelize with customers.
• Continuously learn and update skills and keep aware of industry trends in the cryptocurrency and blockchain technology space.

Vice President

• Manage the overall sales strategy and execution for trading solutions, with a focus on acquiring and retaining enterprise-level clients across multiple industries (e.g., brokerage, traditional finance, fintech, blockchain, registered investment advisors).
• Set ambitious growth targets and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Identify, target, and engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at large enterprises to present and sell our trading and tokenization platforms.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure high customer retention and satisfaction across strategic accounts.

• Realizar due diligence técnica em novos protocolos avaliados para nosso roadmap
• Implantar e gerenciar nós e validadores na Ethereum, L2s e redes de staking
• Executar protocolos em ambientes testnet e mainnet, garantindo prontidão operacional e atuando como ponto de contato com equipes de blockchain/protocolos
• Construir e manter infraestrutura escalável multi-cloud e bare metal com alta confiabilidade e disponibilidade
• Automatizar implantações e gerenciar infraestrutura usando Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, pipelines de CI/CD e outras ferramentas de configuração
• Melhorar observabilidade, alertas e monitoramento de performance usando Grafana (Mimir / Loki / Tempo), OpenTelemetry e Prometheus

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ anos em infraestrutura blockchain ou cripto, incluindo operação de validadores e nós
• 5+ anos em engenharia de plataforma ou infraestrutura, idealmente em ambientes de alto padrão (experiência em FinTech é um diferencial)
• Sólida expertise em Kubernetes, orquestração de containers e pipelines de CI/CD
• Proficiência com Terraform/Terragrunt, Helm e outras ferramentas de IaC/configuração
• Experiência prática com monitoramento e observabilidade (Prometheus, stack Grafana)
• Compreensão sólida de redes, segurança e sistemas de alta disponibilidade
• Comunicação clara, capaz de explicar conceitos complexos para audiências técnicas e não técnicas
• Paixão por blockchain, staking e finanças descentralizadas
• Capacidade de prosperar em ambiente de startup ou scale-up de ritmo acelerado
• Desejável: experiência com sistemas de grande escala e alta disponibilidade atuando como DevOps ou SRE

Senior Blockchain Infrastructure Engineer

• Collaborate with senior sales managers to strategize and execute account plans and deal pitches.
• Assist with RFPs, proposals, pricing models, and contract negotiations.

• Manage tax provisions (ASC 740) and reporting for financial statement audits
• Oversee state franchise tax filings and payments, ensuring timely and accurate compliance across all relevant jurisdictions
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws by staying informed about filing requirements and communicating any tax issues to management
• Maintain the Company’s tax workpapers and tax returns to support tax provisioning and compliance
• Partner with Finance and Legal on tax planning, M&A due diligence, entity structuring, and transfer pricing initiatives
• Collaborate with Payroll to ensure compliance with ACA reporting requirements and proper tax treatment and reporting of equity compensation
• Own the end-to-end user tax information reporting process (W-8/W-9, 1099, tax lot reconciliation, etc.) for our digital assets platform
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate data collection and timely filing of tax forms
• Monitor and implement changes in tax information reporting regulations (IRS, DAC8, CARF, etc.) relevant to digital assets
• Serve as the SME for platform tax reporting questions and work cross-functionally with Client Relations to improve tax documentation and user communications
• Support system and process development and remediation initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risk, and improve processes
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors (e.g., tax engines, reporting providers)

Director of Corporate Tax and Information Reporting

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, client services agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
