About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives
Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and align stakeholders across functions
Own program governance, including frameworks, dependency management, risk mitigation, and predictable outcomes
Drive strategic internal initiatives and support customer implementation programs
Work closely with the Implementation Manager for client delivery
Provide cross-functional coordination and visibility
Build and maintain program plans, milestones, and reporting dashboards
Build automated AI reporting applicable across stakeholders and develop program management frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field
7+ years of experience in a dedicated program management role leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Proven experience delivering large-scale programs from initiation through execution
Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, and risks across multiple teams and organizational levels
Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and agile methodologies
Experience working with cross-functional Product, Tech, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams
Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to establish governance, improve delivery processes, and drive operational excellence
Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams
Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite
Strong understanding of trading products, tokenization, digital asset lifecycle, wallets and custody, settlements, liquidity, fiat on/off ramps, identity and compliance integrations, and APIs
