About the role

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on the sales planning system team, leveraging system implementation, model building, project management, and sales planning & operations experience
  • Take full ownership of the SDR annual planning and in-year operations models, ensuring seamless execution of planning and deployment cycles and smooth day-to-day operations post deployment
  • Build and support planning and in-year operations models for overlay functions to align with GTM priorities
  • Serve as product manager: create structured feedback loops and a strategic roadmap with key stakeholders, ensuring clear delivery milestones and expectations
  • Enable teams by designing customized training programs to improve end-user experience and system adoption
  • Drive operational efficiency across teams through system automation
  • Collaborate with Field Operations, Sales Planning, and Sales Compensation teams to improve existing models and create roadmaps for new ones
  • Communicate analytical findings and root cause analyses to senior leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics within sales planning & operations or adjacent fields
  • 3+ years of experience focused on architecting planning solutions, leading implementation projects, and providing end-user enablement
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional discussions, simplifying complex business requirements
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Expertise in root cause analysis, with the ability to communicate findings clearly to senior leadership
  • Bachelor degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines
  • Hands-on experience with Anaplan or Pigment model building at a model builder level
  • Preferred: Master Anaplanner or Anaplan Solutions Architect certification
  • Preferred: Experience with Pigment implementation
  • Ability to structure high volumes of unstructured data to derive insights
  • Talent for solving complex business problems with simple, user-friendly solutions that drive adoption
  • Passion for streamlined process and system automation
