About the role
- Executing Cognyte’s growth strategy through defining partnerships and customers in specific verticals and domains.
- Owning a sales quota per relevant region and domain and building and executing a sales plan to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborating with leading regional and global partners to drive strategic initiatives, build lasting relationships, and augment the pipeline.
- Working with system integrators and strategy consultants to identify new business opportunities and drive market demand.
- Working internally to continuously enhance the product offering based on information from the field.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in software sales positions, preferably in the Governmental and Enterprise sectors.
- Focus on Law Enforcement Agencies.
- Experience in working in Law Enforcement Agencies as a user of investigation systems – a major advantage.
- Italian citizenship.
- Native Italian speaker and good communication in English.
- Experience and skill set in partners’ development & management, business analysis, relationship building, business development.
- Experience working with System integrators is a must.
- Experience working in the big data, analytics ecosystem.
- Proven experience in this field and proven ability to manage complex relationships and nurture them to success.
- Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment and drive processes internally.
