About the role

  • Lead expansion in Saudi Arabia focusing on B2B growth, strategic alliances, and fleet acquisition.
  • Form impactful partnerships within the car rental, automotive, and mobility sectors to scale invygo’s presence.
  • Originate and negotiate deals, close fleet procurement agreements, and take P&L negotiation ownership.
  • Manage supplier relationships and oversee pipeline & funnel governance for partner acquisition.
  • Provide market & pricing intelligence and execute partnership strategy to drive market growth.
  • Drive performance tracking and optimization against clear KPIs and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Lead and collaborate with teams, providing operational execution in a fast-paced, partnership-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ yrs in fleet procurement, rental‑car corporate sales, OEM fleet or leasing partnerships within KSA.
  • Demonstrated P&L negotiation ownership.
  • Fluent Arabic & strong business English.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (Solver, pivot, scenario).
  • Valid Saudi driving license; willingness to travel 25 %.
  • Soft‑skills: tactful negotiator, analytical thinker, able to build C‑level trust while pushing for cost targets, comfortable in a hyper‑growth, KPI‑driven culture.
