About the role
- Define and deliver the product vision & roadmap aligned with company goals
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and customer success to translate requirements into features
- Collaborate with customer success to capture user insights and improve product experience
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Write clear user stories and translate them into product specifications
- Track product performance and use data to guide decisions
- Drive user adoption and engagement strategies
- Take full ownership of product discovery and development as the first product hire
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Product Owner / Product Management roles working with B2B SaaS platforms
- Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate with development teams
- Experienced in agile frameworks and stakeholder management
- Data-driven, analytical thinker
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Proven record of delivering successful product adoption
- Nice-to-have: forecasting/predictive analytics experience
- Nice-to-have: SaaS platform expertise
- Nice-to-have: ML familiarity
- Nice-to-have: UX/UI background
- Nice-to-have: experience working in a start-up/scale-up
