Product Manager

• Define and deliver the product vision & roadmap aligned with company goals
• Work closely with engineering, data science, and customer success to translate requirements into features
• Collaborate with customer success to capture user insights and improve product experience
• Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Write clear user stories and translate them into product specifications
• Track product performance and use data to guide decisions
• Drive user adoption and engagement strategies
• Take full ownership of product discovery and development as the first product hire
