About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and shortlisting candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS entries, candidate databases, and weekly reports accurately
- Follow up with candidates and managers to minimize dropouts and ensure timely closures
- Prioritize critical roles and align recruitment with business needs to support revenue and reduce costs
- Suggest improvements in sourcing strategies and explore new talent channels
- Participate in tech meetups and employer branding initiatives
- Support referral drives and internal hiring initiatives
- Provide structured hiring data for management reviews and ensure excellent candidate experience
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in technology/IT hiring
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Breezy/ATS)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Comfortable with attending tech events and meetups as part of employer branding initiatives
- Immediate joining and based in Pune, India
