About the role
- Join as a Senior Technical Recruiter on a 6-month contract managing end-to-end hiring for 5-8 roles within Engineering and Product teams
- Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop sourcing strategies
- Source and engage top talent through multiple channels, ensuring a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates
- Utilize Greenhouse for applicant tracking and managing recruiting workflows
- Effectively communicate with teams using Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets for scheduling, reporting, and collaboration
- Represent the company’s values and culture, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- 4+ years of sourcing recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment
- 2+ years of technical recruitment experience
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
- Proven success delivering innovative sourcing and recruiting methods
- In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources
- Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
- Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment and ability to use metrics to guide decision-making
- Experience using Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets for scheduling, reporting, and collaboration
