Technical Product Manager

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional product experiences.
• Conduct deep dives into data, user behavior, and performance metrics to identify root causes, uncover opportunities, and inform product decisions.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance user value, increase conversion, and drive revenue, while continuously optimizing existing features and experiences.
• Proactively identify areas of underperformance, develop clear improvement strategies, and lead initiatives from conception through successful execution and measurement. Operate with a high degree of autonomy, independently troubleshoot complex issues, and navigate ambiguity to drive solutions without getting stuck.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and progress, and fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of market trends, partner industries, and user needs through thorough research and insightful questioning to inform product development.

Business Analyst

• Analyze a novel dataset to recommend areas for the business to improve
• Operate and improve a core data product optimizing for multiple competing KPIs
• Build new data pipelines to support tracking of a new business initiative
• Innovate data modeling and data presentation to drive business understanding
• Improve prediction accuracy of our customer acquisition machine learning bidding algorithms
• Build reports and dashboards to help power the company’s decision making
• Do customer segmentation analysis to discover where to improve Insurify products
