About the role
- Full-cycle recruitment responsibilities for assigned client groups within IDC
- Support all internal and external recruitment efforts
- Develop recruitment strategy and identify/attract top talent
- Manage stakeholder experience throughout selection and offer processes
- Provide counsel on market trends including compensation, skills, target companies
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to improve hiring process
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
- Build talent pipelines for niche and hard to fill roles
- Serve as primary point of contact for candidates with timely updates and feedback
- Participate in TA projects (system automation, process optimization, tool generation)
- Foster collaborative recruiting team environment and service-oriented culture
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required
- 8-10 years’ professional recruitment experience in corporate or agency/executive search
- Combination of corporate and executive search experience preferred
- Talent advisor mentality and ability to influence hiring managers
- Proven skills in sourcing and attracting top talent
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data to influence strategy
- Strong experience sourcing on LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience dealing with ambiguity and ability to be self-directed on a virtual team
