Accounts Payable

• Review, verify, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and process weekly or scheduled payment runs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Ensure invoices and payments comply with internal controls, approval workflows, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and filing systems.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and AP reporting.

Accounts Payable Specialist

• Support group-wide tax compliance and reporting, coordinating closely with internal finance and tax teams and external service providers.
• Support tax audit management and coordinate with relevant stakeholders through submission and resolution processes.
• Research and maintain Coda’s tax regulatory tracker, ensuring timely updates and clear, actionable regulatory insights for stakeholders.
• Partner with Legal, Commercial and Product teams and offer tax support for ad-hoc projects and business queries.
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives, including enhancement of documentation standards, tax-related automation efforts

Tax Analyst

Procurement

• Own the Mobile Gaming Top-Up category, identifying gaps and driving global expansion.
• Set up category performance monitoring and steer on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Create a comprehensive external category view (e.g., what is trending, what is happening at competitors, visiting conferences).
• Convert insights into actions to achieve category KPIs.
• Make sure that presentation and findability of your category is optimal on our web/app-stores.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to optimize pricing and performance.
• Build strong relationships with key publishers like Moonton, Garena and Riot, identifying win-win opportunities that drive mutual growth like new territories and marketing collaborations.
• Develop strategic growth plans and execute marketing/media strategies to expand market share.

Category Manager, Gaming Top-ups

General Counsel

• Conduct regulatory analysis and provide pragmatic, risk-based advice to ensure Coda’s compliance across payments/fintech, e-commerce, consumer protection, AML/sanctions, and technology-related domains.
• Support regulatory assessments for new products, market entries, and structural changes, including preparing internal position papers and engaging with regulators where necessary.
• Collaborate with the global Legal, Compliance/Risk, Commercial, and Product teams to provide regulatory guidance and support global projects, initiatives, deals, and strategic transactions.
• Support Coda’s licensing strategy, including regulatory applications, RFIs, supervisory engagements, and ongoing regulatory reporting obligations.
• Maintain and enhance Coda’s regulatory tracker/database, ensuring timely updates and clear, actionable regulatory insights for stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and implement agreement templates, regulatory disclosures, and internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Instruct and manage external counsel, including scoping advice, reviewing deliverables, and managing budgets.
• Engage with regulators and government authorities where required, and support relationship-building with key regulatory stakeholders.

Product Manager

• Own the roadmap and outcomes: Set direction, make tradeoffs, and ensure the roadmap delivers measurable business impact (revenue, retention, margin, or market share).
• Turn strategy into execution: Lead the team through agile sprint cycles, breaking initiatives into clear stories, requirements, and milestones that ship.
• Define success and measure it: Establish success metrics up front, instrument what matters, and use data + customer feedback to iterate quickly.
• Make the hard prioritization calls: Navigate the tension between today’s immediate needs and the product’s long-term health to build sustainable competitive advantage.
• Unblock the team relentlessly: Remove roadblocks for Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM so the team can move fast without compromising quality.
